Pre-Employment Application Form

 

To begin the application process for the Illinois State Police Trooper position, please complete the mandatory Pre-Employment Form below.

Applicants will be required to successfully complete the Physical Fitness Inventory Test ("PFIT") first, then immediately directed to complete the Recruitment Examination Testing Process on the same day.  Applicants will be required to pay the $30 Application Fee to the Merit Board’s third-party vendor, I/O Solutions, at the time of the Recruitment Exam administration. Payments to I/O Solutions will be made online at the testing facility using a credit/debit card only.  The Recruitment Exam cannot be administered until the fee has been paid.
